The capricious nature of the weather can result in some surprises and it's wise to be prepared for anything. But on the whole, the climate is temperate. Temperatures in summer range from 14-30 Celsius. In the winter, temperatures plunge to 1-5 C, the days are short and dark and frosts and snow are the order of the day.

Guiding Light fans, what was your favorite storyline?

And why?

I live in the UK and we get the eps from 2005 so i still have loads to come but i know all that is to come since i'm behind i like to find out. So if its after 2005 don't think you'll be spoiling me as i like knowing. I love any storyline to do with Gus & Harley or Tammy & Jonathan, as they are so sad.

Thanks, Lisa Michelle x x lol x x

Wow,I have so many truly remarkable memories form this truly historic show. It is going to be hear to choose just one, so please forgive me. Here goes.

I may have been one of the few eho actually really loved Tammy and Jonathan. I loved their story lines, they always had some drama going on, but Tammy and Jonathan always found their way back to each other. I loved when they were raising Sarah together, it took a strong confident women to do that and that was what Tammy was. They had a genuine love for one another and it was hard not to see that when you watched them. Besides both Actors had explosive chemistry in my opinion. I must have cried for days when Tammy was killed. Jonathan laying on top of her in the hospital bed is something that I will never forget. He delivered that so well, you could feel is pain. I am just happy that Jonathan is home where he belongs, I miss Tammy and I wish that she would have been around to enjoy Jonathan and Sarah.

Then there is my favorite memory of Reva giving her "I am the Sl** of Springfield" speech. That was amazing in my opinion. I literally just sat there in amazement as the words just poured out of her mouth. Thw Thumbs up for Kim Zimmer, she is such an incredible Actress. When she delivers her lines, it's like being there with her.

I also loved Danny and Michelle when they first started out, I mean that was totally twisted, but in the end they made it work. They were so much in love. I am so happy that they made it and they are back together in Springfield they have had to be the couple that faced a lot of issues, sort of like a Tammy and Jonathan(minus the cousins thing)....

Gus and Harley were another of my favorites, they just oozed out love without ever trying. They were perfect together, I was so mad when Natalia came back, but you know she has started to grow on me. I was furious with the way they turned Harley into some tramp, it was not in Harleys character to act like that and it upsets me that they ran her character into the ground before she left.

I have been watching the show for many years and it brings me to tears just to write this. I know that some people think it's just a show, but it is way more then that to me. I mean we have watched these people everyday for years and losing them is like losing some good friends and neighbors. I truly am sad that today is the final episode, who would have thought that after 72 years it would end just like that! I think that CBS made a huge mistake, but hey what do I know right!?! Honestly I don't think that it has fully sunken in yet, I know it will in time. I am just glad that I was able to email some of the Actors/Actresses and I plan to continue to email them and I wish them all the best. They are all so talented and I am sure they will find jobs soon. I just wish that they would have been able to stay on GL.....I also got a few autographed photos that I will cherish forever :)
