Now, I have seen much on this question in yahoo. Now, remember: There is the biologic (genetic, adaptive), environmental, and mental suggestions out there. For me, this seems more like a biologic.
I do not remember choosing.
Nor are there any gay influences, as in people in my life.
My experience with another boy shows huge amounts of attraction... like air from a ceiling fan compared to a hurricane, as to what I get from girls.
My parents are religious, but good decent people. No abuse.

yea, i'm 16 and have only been with a guy for about a month now, but i am coming more and more to the realization that i never made a choice to be who i am. I am bi, so i have had girlfriends before and they were cool, but nothing like what i have with my boyfriend. I have always been more attracted to guys than girls, and what me and my bf have is attraction, but it is also love..... I have been this way for as long as i can remember, i never said, okay.. i want to go against everyone in my families beliefs and be bi... it just happened, and i do believe that i was born this way... like you i have never had any "gay influences" in my life, my brother is the straightest guy i know and we have lived together for 16 years, but somehow i just turned out to be gay... but i do not regret it and cannot wait to live my life where me and chris can go to the movies or to the mall together and not have to hide everything, or have people stare at us and shake their hands...
ugh.. but our day will come...
