Ceiling fan installation?

I have a ceiling fan that comes with a dimmer box (for remote). It has a black wire, a white wire, and a black one that is covered up. My ceiling box has red, black, and white wires... and of course the ground. I know what to do with that. How do the dimmer box wires connect to the ceiling box wires? I must not use one?

DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THAT BLACK WIRE THAT HAS A CAP ON IT. It is the antenna!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are both black and red switched?Assuming that they are,
tie the black wire,from the unit, WITHOUT the cap to either one of these wires.
Cap the other one off. Tie the whites together.
